Here comes Fathers Day and I have some special offers for you if you cannot make it here for us to pamper you! How about some Hickory Smoked ( not BBQ ) pork spare ribs. They are fully seasoned our own special way then slowly " pressure smoked" to perfection.They are the big MEATY ones, not the little boney ones. I cut them into individual pieces, smother them in Aujus and place them into a carry out metal pan.You can either remove the protective film and just put the entire pan on your charcoal grill or in the oven to reheat OR get them cooked and COLD, paint them with the complimentary BBQ sauce I provide, line them up on the grill, close the cover and as soon as the sauce carmelizes,SERVE!!
